What to Expect
Every box contains an educational lesson through text and video, supplies to add to the child's adventure backpack, hands on activity, and a skills card to keep for reference. Skills badges can be earned each month for every topic!

Basecamp box is the first box that you will receive containing:
-Adventure backpack: ready to organize and store all the items arriving over the coming months. This pack will also serve as an exciting display of all the merit badges.

-Instructional lesson module: includes diagrams and descriptions of shelters suited for different conditions, empowering your child to thrive in any environment!

-Tarp Shelter: your child will learn how to use a tarp in many different ways for survival shelters
-QR code: giving quick access to a step-by-step video showing multiple ways to create shelters from their tarps and bandanas.
-Para cord and stakes: Essential to tie down and shape the tarp
-Bandana: Essential for some shelters your child will learn about and practice
-Skills cards: At-a-glance reminder of the learned skills to keep with them in their backpack.
-Skill badge: When the child feels the skill is mastered, we ask an adult to submit the simple completion form. A well-deserved skills badge will soon be in the mail, ready to be displayed proudly on the backpack.
