This isn’t a lecture series—it’s a proving ground. Each course is designed to help teens step into real responsibility, starting with themselves. We focus on how they use their time, how they care for their bodies, how they follow through when things get uncomfortable, and how they show up when no one is watching. The goal isn’t perfection—it’s ownership. By the end of the month, they don’t just understand what discipline looks like, they’ve practiced it in a way that sticks.
Along the way, they’re surrounded by other teens who are choosing the same path—kids who are willing to do hard things, have real conversations, and push a little further than what’s easy. Something shifts when they realize they’re not the only one trying. Friendships form naturally here, built on shared effort instead of surface-level connection. It’s a different kind of peer group—one that pulls them forward instead of holding them back.
The experience culminates on the slopes of Mount Timpanogos, where everything they’ve worked on becomes real. The hike isn’t just a backdrop—it’s the test. Preparation, mindset, resilience, and attitude all show up on the trail. And when they reach the summit, they carry more than just the view—they carry evidence. Evidence that they can do hard things, that they can lead themselves, and that growth is something they’re capable of choosing again and again.
